  • Raw potato is a very old kitchen remedy for back pain. Raw potato helps treating severe pain in the lower back region or especially in the lumbar part of the back region. Raw potato application is found to be very effective as poultice in treating lower back pain.
  • A small piece of chebulic myroblan fruit should be eaten after each meal. This is helpful in reducing back pain.
