How Did You Get Rid Of Eczema?

Getting Rid OF Eczema

eczema remedies - dry skinQuestion by Jackie Wuwu: How did you get rid of eczema?
I know that everyone always says “theres no real cure of eczema” but i have been having it on/off for the last 6 or 7 years. It’s mainly on my arms, wrists and around the mouth but sometimes i get it on the back of my knees or in between my fingers. I’ve heard of people who ‘grew out of it’ i.e. my mother, and i’ve also heard of people who got rid of it with certain remedies (taking baths in strange liquids). i just want to know if you had it and if you did, how you managed to get rid of it.

How To Treat Eczema?

Bathing in mineral salts helps a lot! If you get an outbreak, apply Tri Derma creams. They’re all good. Don’t use friction when drying yourself off, and use moisturizer constantly. I mean, constantly. I apply body oil after showering, use moisturizing body wash in the shower, put oil and other moisturizers on my face, cream on my hands and feet, and constant lip balm (used to get eczema in the corners). Use Dr. Hauschka lip balm on and around your mouth. Good luck!
