Has anyone used anything successfully in the eczema treatment?

Eczema treatmentExperience On Eczema treatment

A friend of mine has it really bad on his legs and torso. Not bad on his arms & back, but none on his face, neck or chest. He uses hydrocortizone cream, but I didn’t know if there were any other eczema treatment found to work more effectively. He also has four fingernails on his left hand that are thick, obviously from a fungal problem that needs Eczema treatment, but the prescription meds haven’t affected that either.

Eczema Treatment Tips

here is an idea that may work for the fingernail fungel infection it should undergo Eczema treatment– ADD SOME ZINC to the daily vitamin supplements. Bathing your hands in a bowl of wather with 2 drops of essential oil of sage, every day for a week for Eczema treatment, will help too. Its caused from bacteria for one thing.. and thick fingernails are a sign of poor diet but also in the maturing years. “Tea Tree” essential neat oil drops massaged on nail & nail beds may also help for Eczema treatment. IF you know of a armomatherapy shop in your area they can make a mixture of Tea Tree & Tagetes (5 drops each) oils diluted with 2 teaspoons of olive or grapeseed oil – if its not a fungus. it needs Eczema treatment.

More About Eczema treatment

as for the “eczema” Eczema treatment– the root problem may be due to allergy – cow’s milk or eggs. There also is some type of correlation between allergies in the family and eczema and Eczema treatment. Even if parent or grandparent has history of hay fever, eczema, asthma, psoriasis — or even food allergies!! If mom has allergies she probably passed them on….

Dermatoligist should check that all out — if its truly bothersome & itches alot -it needs Eczema treatment- it can be releaved by applying affected area twice a day with essential oils for Eczema treatment. Again, check with nearest aromatherapy shop — mixure should be chamomile, yarrow, tagetes with 10 drops of primrose oil –

Eczema is a general term for many types of skin inflammation (dermatitis). The most common form of eczema is atopic dermatitis(sometimes these two terms are used interchangeably). However, there are many different forms of eczema.

Best lotion for baby with eczema?

Question to his mother – Leah and Adam : Best lotion for a baby with eczema
My daughter has what her pediatrician called “classic eczema, scaly and red spots on his little face and scalp. . Apparently, we already do everything, but it is better to see for a while, then explode again, we will use Cetaphil to her, and they do not bathe very often, and apply lotion several times baden.Bisher day we tried Aveeno baby Aveena for eczema (disappointed by it), Aquaphor, of Vaseline, and Cetaphil.

Cetaphil lotion seems better but still not as great. Our doc said he can not be a matter of finding the right are, and that some patients swore by something he thought called Vana * * Cream did not know if it was true or if it bekommen.Oh and is already on the hypoallergenic formula (for other reasons) as an elimination diet / formula cahnge not help you würde. vielen best answer:

Response fourth Down Syndrome
I had terrible eczema when I was a baby / toddler and now even as an adult.  I’ve used everything I could put my hands on and if it said it was for eczema, I bought it.  Nothing worked until I began using the things I will list below about 3 years ago.  My eczema symptoms are rare now.

My 2 year old son also has eczema and I control his eczema the same way that I control mine.  See what I do below:

  1. I soak in dead sea salts now once a week.  I started soaking every other day until my eczema got better and now I only soak as a preventative.  It is suppose to change the ph balance of my skin to itch less and of course salt heals the skin naturally, so that is a double plus.
  2. Then I bought a cream online called ProEcza.  Believe me that this is a life saver.  It worked right away and I still use it today when I have a small outbreak.
  3. I only use Goat Milk soap to shower in and I get that from Allstop too, but I am sure you can find it online or at specialty stores.

When I first started the dead sea salt baths and the Proecza, I also used the Allstop Medicated Dry SKin Cream.  It worked remarkably well for my little son.  It is a moisturizer that is not scented and it has some stuff in it to heal the skin too even though its a moisturizer.  It worked really good and fast.

My cat has eczema and need treatment advice?

My vet gave her an injection for her eczema which did clear up the condition on her head above her right eye and her fur grew back nicely. But the base of her tail remained is getting worse and I cannot afford the treatment again as the injection was expensive with the vet fee as well.
Would eczema cream for humans be just as good to use on her tail where the eczema is?
Lucia, I am glad your dog is doing okay but what has that to do with my cat and possible treatment?

If she is scratching and uncomfortable, there are over-the-counter anti-histamines that are suitable for cats and dogs eg- Periactin. Just check with the local pharmacist on the dosage, as it varies according to weight. That will give her temporary relief from itching. You then can apply a mild cortisone cream, such as Sigmacort 1% or Dermaid 1% (also available over the counter), this will help with the inflammation and redness. Also, as a safe, cheap, and natural preventative, Omega 3 Fish oil 1000mg is fantastic for relieving and preventing the re-occurence of skin conditions such as eczema and psoraisis. Again, just check the dosage with the pharmacist.
Hope your kitty recovers well:)
Oops, just realised you’re from the UK. So, the brand names will be different to the ones i supplied, but as far as i am aware, they are still available over the counter there. Just ask your local pharmacist to recommend something. Alot of the time, vets just use human drugs to treat conditions, but it’s much more expensive.
