I have ringworm (technically, I suppose it can be called jock itch because it’s on the crease between my thigh and genitals). I think I got  this Ringworm from trying on pants while shopping, because I can’t imagine how else I could have gotten it.

How long to see improvement in ringworm once treatment is started?

It doesn’t matter. Anyway, I’ve been treating it for almost a week with Lamisil, but it doesn’t appear to be getting any better. It’s still really raised, and itches like crazy! I’m almost done with the week ringworm treatment as the instructions say, but I feel like maybe I should keep it up for another week? How long before it starts to go away?!
