I went to the doctor and he gave me creams and stuff, but nothing keeps this jock itch/rash from coming back cause I wake up with a wet goo/slime in my underwear. Any ideas?}
That must be so sore too.You need to shower the area often, dry it well clean underwear . You can buy some hyrocortisone cream at the chemist , sorry to say you might need to lose some weight as this might be causing the chaffing.
