My question is this. I don’t itch. If I have been exposed (aka lil buggers feasting and sexing on me):

He offered me 1/2 a bottle of cream he got from the doctor as a preventative measure (permethrin). We haven’t had skin-to-skin contact. I briefly sat on a couch he slept in.
